Big Scoots has amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great platform. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you with every need, especially if you are a tech novice. The response time is quick. I was with another company before Big Scoots, and there is huge difference in the level of support. Highly recommend!
I have been with Big Scoots for just over a year and it has been an amazing experience! Justin and co. are always available to help and their response time is unbelievable. As an online business owner, having the support that BS offers is a blessing. Previously, I was using Blue Host and the difference is night and day between the two. AT BH, I felt like I was just another number. Also, I was never very happy with my websites speed. All of that changed when I switched over to BS. My experience has been so great, that I have referred two of my friends to BS and they are happy customers too! Thanks for all that you guys do!

The team at Big Scoots has gone above and beyond the service, I expected to receive when I first signed up. I have been building my first WordPress website for my personal professional brand. After our company’s website guy left, I have been largely on my own creating and managing the sites. Scott and Justin are quick to respond to all of my issues and provide a level of care toward solving those issues beyond what I would expect to receive elsewhere. If you are looking for a hands-on approach with your managed host, then Big Scoots is the best team for you!
I have been very impressed with BigScoots. I ended up getting both of my sites migrated to BigScoots in just a couple of hours. The service was fantastic, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I’ve been with another host for years, and their service has never been so personable or efficient. I’ve also had my sites hacked multiple times over the years, and when that happens it is like pulling teeth to try and get someone to help, even with the security monitoring add-ons and additional services I was paying for. It would always be multiple days before things were fixed, and the site would lose revenue, none of which they ever cared about. This is not the case with BigScoots. They are a full service hosting company and watch over the sites, which gives me peace of mind. They also don’t have up charges for SSL certificates and many add-ons. They are just included, which is very nice. I honestly feel like I’m going to be in real good hands with BigScoots, and am excited to be with a new host. Thank you!
Any serious website owner needs to have BigScoots as their host.
I am SO HAPPY with the PERFORMANCE of my WordPress site on BigScoots SHARED hosting I am glad to let the thieves at Bluehost keep my money. Just got off the phone with Bluehost (who will not pro-rate any funds that were paid annually for VPS hosting). It’s going to cost me $90 roughly. My site which has hundreds of videos moves 200% faster than the BlueHost server! I have used different hosting companies for more than 20 years. BigScoots JAW DROPPING customer service and WORLD CLASS server performance is second to none. I hope I never wake up from this dream come true.
This is the host to go with, period. My site speed has improved dramatically since switching. Their customer is unmatched. I swear, they reply to my emails before I even send them. After being with a different host company for the first few years of my site’s life, I am so glad I went with BigScoots.
BigScoots’ customer support is consistently helpful, patient, and quick to reply. I am happy to be able to set up clients with their services, because I know that if my client needs to submit a support ticket, it will be resolved professionally and to the client’s satisfaction. I won’t have to run interference on my client’s behalf just to get a straight answer, and if I do manage a support ticket on my client’s behalf, it will be a painless process. I very enthusiastically endorse this company!
