Just moved my wife’s blog to @bigscoots. I know, strange name, but their support has been excellent and is as responsive as advertised.
I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!
Shane & Simple is back up!!! It was a corrupted plugin. But, that’s exactly why I have BigScoots. I emailed them and they literally fixed in a matter of minutes. HUGE THANKS TO JUSTIN AND EVERYONE AT BigScoots!!! They are amazing!
Companies don’t get enough credit for being consistently great. So here’s big shout-out to @BigScoots for incredible — fast — customer service. On the big and little stuff.

Before joining BigScoots, I had heard endless recommendations from other site owners claiming BigScoots was the best hosting company. I decided to give them a try after my old host kept rising the price as my sites got bigger every few months, and moving to BigScoots was the best decision I ever made for my site.
They reply insanely quickly, day or night. They always go above and beyond to try and help you, and my site is super fast since moving to them. I’ve been with them for almost 18 months, and recommend them 100%.
We love BigScoots and will never change hosting companies! One of my team scoured the web a couple of years ago looking for a new hosting provider because HostGator was not cutting it anymore. She did a ton of research and recommended BigScoots. They are absolutely incredible, super responsive, helpful and when I open a ticket instead of someone on my team who is a technical person (I’m super non-techie) they are patient and incredibly helpful. They’ve solved several big glitches for us… (that between you and me… were probably our fault) We LOVE BigScoots.
💡Are you a tech luddite? So many people forget a simple trick to fix small problems on your website. If you have a good host, like @BigScoots, send them an email. They reply in less than 5 minutes, and 99% of the time can fix the problem! 😁
I have been with Bigscoots for over 4 years now and they’re amazing! I never had a problem and if I did, they resolved it quickly. I sleep in peace knowing they will take care of my sites.
The team at BigScoots do a great job at the two things I care about most: keeping my site online and responding quickly (and kindly!) to support requests. They go above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been with them for years and I’m a fan!
