I absolutely LOVE BigScoots. I switched hosts a while back because I wanted to be able to set a staging site for changes without downtime. ☺️ Their staff is so helpful and do all the hard stuff. Making life so much easier for someone who isn’t very tech savvy. I am pretty tech savvy, but some backend stuff is just so time consuming. BigScoots solves all those problems with ease. Thank you! 😃

Just a FYI and overall shout out. I had to completely rebuild my website from the ground up this weekend after my old host made some critical errors and almost lost my entire blog history. That’s almost 5 years of content and close to 300 individual posts, projects and reviews that would have taken months to recreate. But I wanted to give a shout out to BigScoots who were AMAZING in my transition from Go Daddy. If you’re looking for a host or have doubts about your current one, the customer service and communication is top notch. It took me 3 days, half a dozen disconnected chats and calls with support and hold times exceeding 70 minutes just to get in touch with someone over at Go Daddy and have a partial resolution. Take it from me… scoot over to Big Scoots.
For a non-techy person like me, they had the patience of the saints and answered all the questions that I had. They have been there every step of the way. Thank you so much. I recommend them for anyone who wants a great Hosting service.
Since I moved my website to Big Scoots last year I have been so impressed with the service they provide. Aside from not having to worry about how my site is running, their customer service is second to none! They respond to concerns immediately and they go above and beyond to help me out. I am so glad I made the move over to Big Scoots!
I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!

I am not one to usually make a comment or recommendation for any company. But sometimes things happen that warrant a comment. I have only been with BigScoots for a little over a month now but can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they have done on my account. Justin and I have been communicating back and forth for weeks now trying to get a particularly nasty email problem that I was having fixed. I won’t go into all the details but suffice it to say that he and Scott worked with me when they should have just told me to pound sand and move on. I was a pain but these guys held their cool and found out what the problem was and got done. Scott and Justin, you guys are the best and I will tell everyone I know about your service.
