The customer service is outstanding. They have literally never taken more than 10 minutes to get back to me. With site ground, I always had to fight to get someone on the phone to even hopefully get some thing resolved. With Big Scoots? A human is on it every time

The team at Big Scoots has gone above and beyond the service, I expected to receive when I first signed up. I have been building my first WordPress website for my personal professional brand. After our company’s website guy left, I have been largely on my own creating and managing the sites.
