Can’t say enough about BigScoots as a webhost. Had an issue with WordPress this morning and emailed them at 6:54am and by 7:00am they emailed me back saying the issue was fixed. With the other guys I was with I would have still been on hold trying to talk to an actual representative. Well done Big Scoots!
The name is… something else… but the support and actual hosting has been sooo good. They always help me with my dumb dumb questions. 🙂
Over past couple weeks, I’ve migrated http://cpl.org over to a new web host – @bigscoots – have been very pleased. Great support, improved speed, suited us with a balance of capabilities on our (my) end while delegating some server responsibilities to them.
Awesome service! My site now runs way faster than it did at my old host. Support is incredible they help me in all the questions I had and set up my site when I was migrating host all for free, on the same day all on a Saturday night! Amazing Customer Service for sure!

I love @bigscoots. They just fixed my problem in six minutes. So good.
I really like how they alarm their customers about things that are not directly related to their business but can affect the customers. For example, once they warned against updating to a certain WP version because it was not stable enough. Good job!
