I cannot tell you how much I love @BigScoots web hosting. Every time my website is doing something fidgety they have it sorted within an hour. In a world where it’s hard to find good help this is such a stand out service.
I recently changed my SquareSpace website over to WordPress. BigScoots has been absolutely amazing throughout this process. I was nervous and the entire transfer was seamless. When I was ready to go live, it was done within minutes. Whenever I have a question, I receive a response right away. I can’t recommend BigScoots enough!!

I can’t speak highly enough about the support team and response times. Nights, weekends, holidays—they’re always there to help. Don’t tell them, but BigScoots is a ridiculous value.
Just want to praise @BigScoots – by far the best hosting I have ever had. SUPER fast (server response time of 80m/s), SUPER stable, AMAZING support. And I’m not a newb..Takes the headache out of hosting and running a site. Thanks so much @BigScoots

I’ve had my websites with BigScoots for a few years, and have been extremely pleased! Their customer service is excellent and FAST. I’m always happy to refer friends and clients to BigScoots.
I am not one to usually make a comment or recommendation for any company. But sometimes things happen that warrant a comment. I have only been with BigScoots for a little over a month now but can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they have done on my account. Justin and I have been communicating back and forth for weeks now trying to get a particularly nasty email problem that I was having fixed. I won’t go into all the details but suffice it to say that he and Scott worked with me when they should have just told me to pound sand and move on. I was a pain but these guys held their cool and found out what the problem was and got done. Scott and Justin, you guys are the best and I will tell everyone I know about your service.
