13 Years of Five-Star Reviews
I’ve tried many hosting solutions in my 15 years of blogging. For the past year, I’ve been using @BigScoots and I’m quite satisfied with the service, up-time, and security.
Earlier this week, when I read the reviews about how much people LOVE BigScoots, I thought, “Who loves their web host?! Really? Love? No way.” I’ve been on board for only a week, and just now, on my midday hike with my partner and our dogs, I found myself exclaiming, “I LOVE BigScoots!” Best thing I did for myself and my business—moving everything over to BigScoots. My website is now lightning-fast (astonishingly fast), and I feel like I have a real support team, instead of feeling like having to deal with tech stuff is a massive headache of migraine proportions. BigScoots, thank you! You guys are the best. Like Daniel Burge says in his review, “You have me for life.”
Yah well @BigScoots already has great security, firewall & even Cloudflare Magic Transit in place.
The more practical hosting with better Cloudflare edge cache setups would be

I’ve used many hosts over the years, but BigScoots by far has provided the best experience! I have moved most of my clients and friends over the BigScoots in the last year because their support is top notch and, although hosting is hosting, their user dashboard is so easy to navigate! No more confusion!
Shout out to @BigScoots! I decided to switch servers last night at like 9pm and they did everything for me within an hour or two. I’m already a fan!
Honestly probably the best customer support I’ve ever seen – very knowledgeable and patient. They resolve issues fast and even teach you how to do stuff!

BigScoots’ customer support is consistently helpful, patient, and quick to reply. I am happy to be able to set up clients with their services, because I know that if my client needs to submit a support ticket, it will be resolved professionally and to the client’s satisfaction. I won’t have to run interference on my client’s behalf just to get a straight answer, and if I do manage a support ticket on my client’s behalf, it will be a painless process. I very enthusiastically endorse this company!
Over past couple weeks, I’ve migrated http://cpl.org over to a new web host – @bigscoots – have been very pleased. Great support, improved speed, suited us with a balance of capabilities on our (my) end while delegating some server responsibilities to them.
