We’ve been with BigScoots for a few years and their customer service is the best there is. We’ve been hosted by other companies before, I’d rate their service as average to pretty bad. Some took hours to get back to me, some even a day or two. One of the most well-known US hosting companies, in fact, was the worst of them all. When I ask the BigScoots team a question, I get a reply literally in minutes. Best thing is, for those with technophobia like me, we don’t get treated like we’ve got a mental disability. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The name is… something else… but the support and actual hosting has been sooo good. They always help me with my dumb dumb questions. 🙂

BigScoots helped fix my previous hosting providers’ mistakes and saved me from losing business due to downtime. They might be a bit pricier but their customer service is second to none and can’t recommend them enough!

I have been with Bigscoots for over 4 years now and they’re amazing! I never had a problem and if I did, they resolved it quickly. I sleep in peace knowing they will take care of my sites.

If you are looking aroud for a quality hosting company, then look no further! Top notch service. Reliable, fast and friendly support (on the rare occasions that you might need it). Thank you, BigScoots!

Just a FYI and overall shout out. I had to completely rebuild my website from the ground up this weekend after my old host made some critical errors and almost lost my entire blog history. That’s almost 5 years of content and close to 300 individual posts, projects and reviews that would have taken months to recreate. But I wanted to give a shout out to BigScoots who were AMAZING in my transition from Go Daddy. If you’re looking for a host or have doubts about your current one, the customer service and communication is top notch. It took me 3 days, half a dozen disconnected chats and calls with support and hold times exceeding 70 minutes just to get in touch with someone over at Go Daddy and have a partial resolution. Take it from me… scoot over to Big Scoots.
