AI-Native Growth Marketer

Location: Remote

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Full Job Description

BigScoots has strong product-market fit and steady inbound demand, but almost no one dedicated to creating more of it. We’re hiring the first person to own that problem end to end: an AI-native marketer who can go from a blank page to a live test in days, not weeks.

This is a founding role. There’s no existing playbook, no team to manage, and no campaign calendar waiting for you to execute against. You’ll build the messaging, the outbound motion, and the tooling from scratch, working in direct support of our sales team’s push into new accounts. You report in with real autonomy and direct access to our CEO and President.

If you want to run your own experiments without a committee slowing you down, this is that seat. No one hands you a roadmap. You write it as you go, prove it with results, and get credit when your swings land.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship fast, cheap tests across messaging, channels, and outbound, killing what doesn’t work within days
  • Write your own first-draft copy for emails, ads, and landing pages, refined by leadership before anything scales
  • Mine existing customer conversations, case studies, and proposals for real messaging, rather than starting from theory
  • Stand up the tooling needed to run outbound and account-based campaigns, since none of it exists yet
  • Use AI day-to-day to draft, research, target, and personalize at a speed a manual process can’t match
  • Build and refine a small account-based pilot targeting higher-value accounts, working alongside sales
  • Report on what’s working and what’s dead, in plain numbers, on a regular cadence

Qualifications

  • A track record of shipping marketing tests fast with no team and no big budget behind you, tests you scoped yourself, not campaigns someone else handed you
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow, not just familiarity with them
  • Comfort writing your own copy well enough to test it, even if it’s not agency-polished
  • Experience with, or curiosity about, outbound and account-based approaches beyond inbound/content marketing
  • Able to set up your own tooling and systems (outbound sequencing, list-building, basic tracking) without an ops team to lean on
  • Comfortable turning qualitative signal (sales calls, support tickets, case studies) into messaging, rather than waiting on formal research
  • Able to work directly with executives without needing a brief handed to you first
  • Prior experience marketing to a technical, developer, or agency audience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Bias toward action over process. If your instinct is to build a plan before you build a test, this role isn’t the fit

Account Executive — New Business

Location: Remote

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Apply: Send your resume and one idea of who or what you’d target first to nikhil@bigscoots.com.

Full Job Description

BigScoots has built a steady stream of inbound demand over 14 years through word of mouth, referrals, and reputation — but we’ve never had anyone dedicated to growing that further. We’re entering a phase where we’re actively investing in awareness and demand generation, and we’re hiring an Account Executive to lead the sales side of that push: focusing on larger, higher-value direct deals and building your own pipeline through calling and emailing, rather than waiting for it to land in your inbox.

You won’t be figuring this out alone — you’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to learn our services, refine the approach, and get real support closing. We have the sales expertise. What we’re missing is someone dedicated to generating and running deals full-cycle. As we build out marketing and grow the team, the amount of pipeline you need to generate yourself should shrink over time — but right now, that hands-on prospecting is central to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build your own pipeline for larger, higher-value direct accounts through calling, emailing, and outreach
  • Run full-cycle sales — from first outreach through negotiation and close
  • Use AI tools day-to-day to work efficiently: research accounts, draft outreach, prep for calls, and keep your pipeline organized
  • Work closely with senior leadership to learn our services deeply and help shape the sales approach as we build it
  • Keep clean, honest pipeline data so leadership can see what’s actually working

Qualifications

  • A track record carrying a full-cycle sales quota, ideally with real outbound experience — not just working a warm inbound queue
  • Energized by picking up the phone and sending the first email, not just working leads that land in your inbox
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with “there’s no playbook yet,” not someone who needs one handed to them
  • Scrappy and resourceful — comfortable testing an approach, seeing it fail, and adjusting fast
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow already, or a strong itch to start
  • Able to hold your own in conversations with technical buyers (hosting, infrastructure, or managed services experience is a plus, not required)
