One thing I really like about WP hosting with @BigScoots is they provide and set up SMTP for you.

I’m on @BigScoots best support of ANY host I’ve been on. Was with them for years and stupidly left for Siteground and ended up coming back to Bigscoots. I’m not connected with Bigscoots in any way, but they are seriously good. Any issue they’re on it.

The customer service is outstanding. They have literally never taken more than 10 minutes to get back to me. With site ground, I always had to fight to get someone on the phone to even hopefully get some thing resolved. With Big Scoots? A human is on it every time
BigScoots’ customer support is consistently helpful, patient, and quick to reply. I am happy to be able to set up clients with their services, because I know that if my client needs to submit a support ticket, it will be resolved professionally and to the client’s satisfaction. I won’t have to run interference on my client’s behalf just to get a straight answer, and if I do manage a support ticket on my client’s behalf, it will be a painless process.
