Big Scoots to the rescue again!! I’m a total novice when it comes to all the tech stuff. Big Scoots steps in and fills that gap for me! Transfers domains, checks the back end magic… all the things!! Thanks Big Scoots and JK for all the help!!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Big Scoots. Super swift hosting with nearly instantaneous live support responses. I mean within minutes. I’ve now been with them for 6 months, just as great as day 1. I’ve brought over all my sites. They’ve handled migration, set up staging sites for my sites on shared plans, you name it, you won’t find better folks to deal with or faster hosting.
Just moved my wife’s blog to @bigscoots. I know, strange name, but their support has been excellent and is as responsive as advertised.
I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!

The customer service is outstanding. They have literally never taken more than 10 minutes to get back to me. With site ground, I always had to fight to get someone on the phone to even hopefully get some thing resolved. With Big Scoots? A human is on it every time
I have been with Big Scoots for just over a year and it has been an amazing experience! Justin and co. are always available to help and their response time is unbelievable. As an online business owner, having the support that BS offers is a blessing. Previously, I was using Blue Host and the difference is night and day between the two. AT BH, I felt like I was just another number. Also, I was never very happy with my websites speed. All of that changed when I switched over to BS. My experience has been so great, that I have referred two of my friends to BS and they are happy customers too! Thanks for all that you guys do!
