I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!

I was recommended to BigScoots, and what a great decision I made to have them as my managed hosting site. Sure, there are many hosting companies out there, but then you’re just another cog in the machine. BigScoots is reliable, attentive, has great support, and helps you with whatever is going on with your website quickly. These guys are seriously the best! They have amazingly fast WordPress hosting services, and their customer service simply cannot be beat.
