A Small Orange wrecked my blog after EIG took them over. I brought the bits to @BigScoots and they sorted it out and treated me like a VIP, even though I was just a tiny blogger. ❤️
I cannot say enough about my experience with Big Scoots. Super swift hosting with nearly instantaneous live support responses. I mean within minutes. I’ve now been with them for 6 months, just as great as day 1. I’ve brought over all my sites. They’ve handled migration, set up staging sites for my sites on shared plans, you name it, you won’t find better folks to deal with or faster hosting.
These guys are seriously the best! They have amazingly fast WordPress hosting services, and their customer service simply cannot be beat. They answer support tickets usually within minutes and are always so patient and helpful with all my little issues. I’m so spoiled now that I wish all companies had the same level of service.
Best customer service of any host, ever! The performance of our site is amazing on Big Scoots as well. We’ve moved through 3-4 different hosts after the last several years and have always had negative experiences with our hosting (especially customer service on setup and if issues arise) until now. Scott & Justin worked on a Saturday and Sunday to make sure they met their commitment to us to get our site transitioned within 48 hours because they had quite a few transitions to do. Other hosts (including our previous one) would have just said, sorry we’re busy it’s going to take us a long time. Big Scoots is THE BEST!
My site migrated over without any hiccups it’s seems yesss!!! Thanks @BigScoots now I can breathe.

Accidentally f’d up my email tonight and didn’t realize until 11PM at night basically that emails have been bouncing evening 🤪
@bigscoots fixed it in less than 3 minutes. Y’all fr need to be hosting with them the customer service DOES NOT GET BETTER 🫶🏽
We love BigScoots and will never change hosting companies! One of my team scoured the web a couple of years ago looking for a new hosting provider because HostGator was not cutting it anymore. She did a ton of research and recommended BigScoots. They are absolutely incredible, super responsive, helpful and when I open a ticket instead of someone on my team who is a technical person (I’m super non-techie) they are patient and incredibly helpful. They’ve solved several big glitches for us… (that between you and me… were probably our fault) We LOVE BigScoots.
I really like how they alarm their customers about things that are not directly related to their business but can affect the customers. For example, once they warned against updating to a certain WP version because it was not stable enough. Good job!
Although it’s not the “Official” thank your server support team day… I still want to say “THANK YOU!” to @BigScoots for helping us reach tens of millions of people with our blazing fast dedicated server and helping this non-server-admin keep that thing tuned for performance.
