Before joining BigScoots, I had heard endless recommendations from other site owners claiming BigScoots was the best hosting company. I decided to give them a try after my old host kept rising the price as my sites got bigger every few months, and moving to BigScoots was the best decision I ever made for my site.
They reply insanely quickly, day or night. They always go above and beyond to try and help you, and my site is super fast since moving to them. I’ve been with them for almost 18 months, and recommend them 100%.

After an impossibly hard parenting day, my website—my bread and butter—goes all the way down due to a random automatic plugin update. @BigScoots came through with their excellent and fast customer service and fixed it for me 🥹 WHILE fixing another issue simultaneously. Amazing.
I am SO HAPPY with the PERFORMANCE of my WordPress site on BigScoots SHARED hosting I am glad to let the thieves at Bluehost keep my money. Just got off the phone with Bluehost (who will not pro-rate any funds that were paid annually for VPS hosting). It’s going to cost me $90 roughly. My site which has hundreds of videos moves 200% faster than the BlueHost server! I have used different hosting companies for more than 20 years. BigScoots JAW DROPPING customer service and WORLD CLASS server performance is second to none. I hope I never wake up from this dream come true.
I really like how they alarm their customers about things that are not directly related to their business but can affect the customers. For example, once they warned against updating to a certain WP version because it was not stable enough. Good job!
The level of customer service – personal customer service with a real person is absolutely unheard of in my 14 years on WordPress. The speed of support is MINUTES. Literally. I have no idea how they do it. But I love ’em! And you will too!
