Best hosting support ever? In my experience, YES. Keep it up, guys.
I have never experienced better customer service. Justin and the rest of the BigScoots team are top-notch and deserve praise. I recommend BigScoots to anyone looking to host a website.
I was recommended to BigScoots, and what a great decision I made to have them as my managed hosting site. Sure, there are many hosting companies out there, but then you’re just another cog in the machine. BigScoots is reliable, attentive, has great support, and helps you with whatever is going on with your website quickly. I have worked with many companies as a graphic designer, and BigScoots ranks right at the top. I definitely recommend them.
I have been with Big Scoots for just over a year and it has been an amazing experience! Justin and co. are always available to help and their response time is unbelievable. As an online business owner, having the support that BS offers is a blessing. Previously, I was using Blue Host and the difference is night and day between the two. AT BH, I felt like I was just another number. Also, I was never very happy with my websites speed. All of that changed when I switched over to BS. My experience has been so great, that I have referred two of my friends to BS and they are happy customers too! Thanks for all that you guys do!
Awesome service! My site now runs way faster than it did at my old host. Support is incredible they help me in all the questions I had and set up my site when I was migrating host all for free, on the same day all on a Saturday night! Amazing Customer Service for sure!
Honestly probably the best customer support I’ve ever seen – very knowledgeable and patient. They resolve issues fast and even teach you how to do stuff!
We love BigScoots and will never change hosting companies! One of my team scoured the web a couple of years ago looking for a new hosting provider because HostGator was not cutting it anymore. She did a ton of research and recommended BigScoots. They are absolutely incredible, super responsive, helpful and when I open a ticket instead of someone on my team who is a technical person (I’m super non-techie) they are patient and incredibly helpful. They’ve solved several big glitches for us… (that between you and me… were probably our fault) We LOVE BigScoots.
