The level of customer service – personal customer service with a real person is absolutely unheard of in my 14 years on WordPress. The speed of support is MINUTES. Literally. I have no idea how they do it. But I love ’em! And you will too!

Their customer service is amazing. I am new to the WordPress world and they made it so easy for me. I emailed them with questions and answered me right away. It is a little pricey for me, but I am really satisfied with their hosting.
After an impossibly hard parenting day, my website—my bread and butter—goes all the way down due to a random automatic plugin update. @BigScoots came through with their excellent and fast customer service and fixed it for me 🥹 WHILE fixing another issue simultaneously. Amazing.

I really like how they alarm their customers about things that are not directly related to their business but can affect the customers. For example, once they warned against updating to a certain WP version because it was not stable enough. Good job!
