I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!

I have managed my website for 11 years. With help from a wonderful techy daughter we have had real good success. Many decisions had to be made but the best decision we ever made was moving our site to BigScoots. It is so nice to have support that actually cares about what is important to its customers. Over past couple weeks, I’ve migrated http://cpl.org over to a new web host – @bigscoots – have been very pleased. Great support, improved speed, suited us with a balance of capabilities on our (my) end while delegating some server responsibilities to them.
Honestly probably the best customer support I’ve ever seen – very knowledgeable and patient. They resolve issues fast and even teach you how to do stuff!
