Best customer service of any host, ever! The performance of our site is amazing on Big Scoots as well. We’ve moved through 3-4 different hosts after the last several years and have always had negative experiences with our hosting (especially customer service on setup and if issues arise) until now. Scott & Justin worked on a Saturday and Sunday to make sure they met their commitment to us to get our site transitioned within 48 hours because they had quite a few transitions to do. Other hosts (including our previous one) would have just said, sorry we’re busy it’s going to take us a long time. Big Scoots is THE BEST!
The level of customer service – personal customer service with a real person is absolutely unheard of in my 14 years on WordPress. The speed of support is MINUTES. Literally. I have no idea how they do it. But I love ’em! And you will too!
I absolutely recommend BigScoots to anyone who wants a fast and reliable website. All my websites are hosted on their platform, and I have no complaints. They are quick with support, answering questions, not to mention the easy behind-the-scenes platform to use even for non-techy people. Thanks, BigScoots!
Any serious website owner needs to have BigScoots as their host.
Fabulous customer service (I know that’s almost unheard of with hosting companies) and excellent product. A company I’m happy to be a customer of.
I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!
Their customer service is BEYOND COMPARE!! They have saved me through so much … and they even worked New Year’s Eve … seriously … you have found your host. Do it!
I really like how they alarm their customers about things that are not directly related to their business but can affect the customers. For example, once they warned against updating to a certain WP version because it was not stable enough. Good job!
Like be responsible for its hardware and maintenance? I have @BigScoots for that. ❤
I have been very impressed with BigScoots. I ended up getting both of my sites migrated to BigScoots in just a couple of hours. The service was fantastic, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I’ve been with another host for years, and their service has never been so personable or efficient. I’ve also had my sites hacked multiple times over the years, and when that happens it is like pulling teeth to try and get someone to help, even with the security monitoring add-ons and additional services I was paying for. It would always be multiple days before things were fixed, and the site would lose revenue, none of which they ever cared about. This is not the case with BigScoots. They are a full service hosting company and watch over the sites, which gives me peace of mind. They also don’t have up charges for SSL certificates and many add-ons. They are just included, which is very nice. I honestly feel like I’m going to be in real good hands with BigScoots, and am excited to be with a new host. Thank you!
