BigScoots knows customer service. They are lightning-fast and have handled every request with professionalism and speed. I’ve dealt with all sorts of web hosts, and these guys are hands down the best. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a solid, reliable host.

I’ve been with BigScoots for 8 years now. They have always been great, never been down once during that time to my knowledge. Also, I’m no hosting wizard, and every time I have had a problem on the hosting side of things, they have ALWAYS helped me. I’m a customer for life and recommend using these guys to park your domain.

I have had many questions as I am learning how to do all the things. Every time I submit a ticket, I get a response within hours (if not sooner). I am SO HAPPY with the PERFORMANCE of my WordPress site on BigScoots SHARED hosting I am glad to let the thieves at Bluehost keep my money. Just got off the phone with Bluehost (who will not pro-rate any funds that were paid annually for VPS hosting). It’s going to cost me $90 roughly. My site which has hundreds of videos moves 200% faster than the BlueHost server! I have used different hosting companies for more than 20 years. BigScoots JAW DROPPING customer service and WORLD CLASS server performance is second to none. I hope I never wake up from this dream come true.
Managed hosting with @BigScoots. It shot my site straight to an A on GT metrix, and cut my content load time to less than a second, from the chonky 4 seconds it was on Siteground. I was pretty impressed, and they handled the migration flawlessly too
I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!

Hands down, the best hosting company I’ve ever worked with. Customer service is second to none. I recently had an issue with two websites and Justin was immediately able to find out what was going on and fix everything. If you’re looking for fast, reliable hosting and top-notch customer service, then I definitely recommend Big Scoots.
