We’ve been with BigScoots for a few years and their customer service is the best there is. We’ve been hosted by other companies before, I’d rate their service as average to pretty bad. Some took hours to get back to me, some even a day or two. One of the most well-known US hosting companies, in fact, was the worst of them all. When I ask the BigScoots team a question, I get a reply literally in minutes. Best thing is, for those with technophobia like me, we don’t get treated like we’ve got a mental disability. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
