I can’t speak highly enough about the support team and response times. Nights, weekends, holidays—they’re always there to help. Don’t tell them, but BigScoots is a ridiculous value.
Bigscoots’ customer service is incredible! I just worked with their representative, Katie, and she went above and beyond to help me migrate over a second website. I’ve been with BigScoots for a year and their service far exceeds the three hosting companies I previously worked with.

Just moved my wife’s blog to @bigscoots. I know, strange name, but their support has been excellent and is as responsive as advertised.
The name is… something else… but the support and actual hosting has been sooo good. They always help me with my dumb dumb questions. 🙂
If you have a website. this is the place to be – These guys are the real MVPs. Whenever I’ve had an issue or a question, they’ve been on it like superheroes. Super friendly, patient, and they know their stuff inside out.

I’ve said this before, @BigScoots has THE BEST service for web hosting. The fact that I can run my own website is largely due to them! Their customer service is unparalleled! And I’m not getting paid to say this. 😊
One thing I really like about WP hosting with @BigScoots is they provide and set up SMTP for you.
