Bigscoots’ customer service is incredible! I just worked with their representative, Katie, and she went above and beyond to help me migrate over a second website. I’ve been with BigScoots for a year and their service far exceeds the three hosting companies I previously worked with.

The customer service is outstanding. They have literally never taken more than 10 minutes to get back to me. With site ground, I always had to fight to get someone on the phone to even hopefully get some thing resolved. With Big Scoots? A human is on it every time
