I just joined BigScoots, and their service was outstanding. My websites are faster, and everything looks better than before. I really appreciated the level of care and involvement to make sure that everything ran smoothly.
I am not one to usually make a comment or recommendation for any company. But sometimes things happen that warrant a comment. I have only been with BigScoots for a little over a month now but can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they have done on my account. Justin and I have been communicating back and forth for weeks now trying to get a particularly nasty email problem that I was having fixed. I won’t go into all the details but suffice it to say that he and Scott worked with me when they should have just told me to pound sand and move on. I was a pain but these guys held their cool and found out what the problem was and got done. Scott and Justin, you guys are the best and I will tell everyone I know about your service.
💡Are you a tech luddite? So many people forget a simple trick to fix small problems on your website. If you have a good host, like @BigScoots, send them an email. They reply in less than 5 minutes, and 99% of the time can fix the problem! 😁

Hands down @BigScoots — the best web host I’ve ever seen and highly recommend to everyone. Especially if you have a WordPress or PHP based stack. They are also good with Node JS stuffs but WP is their specialty.
These guys are seriously the best! They have amazingly fast WordPress hosting services, and their customer service simply cannot be beat. They answer support tickets usually within minutes and are always so patient and helpful with all my little issues. I’m so spoiled now that I wish all companies had the same level of service.
