I messaged them today to ask about switching from Bluehost and Lightsail with Amazon Web Services. Scott, on messenger with their team, was patient, thorough, a REAL HUMAN, and great answering my questions. He was able to help me navigate the site and get what I needed. Looking forward to the migration and seeing the results on Big Scoots hosting, but so far so good!
The guys in BigScoots migrated my website a few days ago. I was a little hesitant at first after being with a hosting company for about 5 years. But the positive reviews that I read helped me to make up my mind and go for it. The process really is ‘seamless’ as they say, and the guys are very friendly and helpful. After years of dealing with nothing but nightmares and useless support at HostGator, I made the switch for myself and all my clients over to BigScoots. Just wish I had switched sooner. Live and learn.
These guys are SO good. I moved over from a cheap hosting service years ago that had my sight down for over a week and I had to spend hours on the phone with different tech people trying to get it fixed. After that, I left immediately, found BigScoots and have been with them ever since. Their biggest plus? Their customer service. Any time I have any issue with my website, I feel so safe knowing I can contact them and will get support within minutes. 🙂
Any serious website owner needs to have BigScoots as their host.
I have had many questions as I am learning how to do all the things. Every time I submit a ticket, I get a response within hours (if not sooner). The guys at BigScoots have very patiently guided me through all of my issues (none of which were on their end of things). I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!!
You won’t find a better web host out there. Honest, super fast support + very reasonable rates = No excuse to leave your current frustrating host and come to BigScoots. Been with them since September and I couldn’t be happier!
