Awesome service! My site now runs way faster than it did at my old host. Support is incredible they help me in all the questions I had and set up my site when I was migrating host all for free, on the same day all on a Saturday night! Amazing Customer Service for sure!

The team at Big Scoots has gone above and beyond the service, I expected to receive when I first signed up. I have been building my first WordPress website for my personal professional brand. After our company’s website guy left, I have been largely on my own creating and managing the sites. Scott and Justin are quick to respond to all of my issues and provide a level of care toward solving those issues beyond what I would expect to receive elsewhere. If you are looking for a hands-on approach with your managed host, then Big Scoots is the best team for you!
These guys are SO good. I moved over from a cheap hosting service years ago that had my sight down for over a week and I had to spend hours on the phone with different tech people trying to get it fixed. After that, I left immediately, found BigScoots and have been with them ever since. Their biggest plus? Their customer service. Any time I have any issue with my website, I feel so safe knowing I can contact them and will get support within minutes. 🙂
Earlier this week, when I read the reviews about how much people LOVE BigScoots, I thought, “Who loves their web host?! Really? Love? No way.” I’ve been on board for only a week, and just now, on my midday hike with my partner and our dogs, I found myself exclaiming, “I LOVE BigScoots!” Best thing I did for myself and my business—moving everything over to BigScoots. My website is now lightning-fast (astonishingly fast), and I feel like I have a real support team, instead of feeling like having to deal with tech stuff is a massive headache of migraine proportions. Managed hosting with @BigScoots. It shot my site straight to an A on GT metrix, and cut my content load time to less than a second, from the chonky 4 seconds it was on Siteground. I was pretty impressed, and they handled the migration flawlessly too
