Big scoots are spectacular! They Absolutely understand the assignment. I love them. They are higher priced than a lot of the competition, but they make up for in unbelievable support. Their response time is mere seconds. Their knowledge is vast. Their customer support is expansive, and their overall support is untouchable. Every hosting company out there should take notes from bigscoots. The only knock on them is the user interface isn’t as “friendly” as their competition, but I’d take their generous support and vast knowledge with rapid response over an idiot proof user dashboard any day of the week!!!!!
