For the sake of maintaining our principles, lets keep this thing to one paragraph.
With multifaceted Guarantee ploys left, right and center that are designed specifically to give the customer a false sense of security, we figured it might be a good idea to keep things simple (See Gimmicks). From the date of activation you have 30 days to ask for a refund on any shared hosting package. Please keep in mind if asking for a refund on an annual contact and having taken advantage of our free domain, it will be a full refund less the domain cost. On our Virtual Private Servers (VPS) due to running costs, licenses and availability we are forced to limit the Guarantee to 7 days.
